Some of my weekly essentials

I like routines! Especially my beauty routine! I have a monthly, weekly and a daily one. Sounds like a lot? Not necessarily. It’s all about figuring out what works best for you to get the desired result you’re after! Here are some products from my weekly routine

I like to have soft and glowy skin not only on my face but my body as well. Therefor i use a body scrub 2 – 3 times a week.

Using a scrub will flake of dead skin and maintaining an even looking skin!

There are so many to choose from! Everything from scent to what “grit” (the scrubby particles) you like! My current favourite is the Mango exfoliating sugar body scrub from The Body Shop! This one is like sugar mixed with oil and is like a paste, not runny at all!

This one smells like fresh Mango and leaves my skin super soft! Irish and UK shoppers can find it in any Body Shop store and retails from around 24€

Love, love, love body butter! As the name states – it goes from a solid form to a creamy buttery formula on your skin! I use body butter 2 times a week to really get my skin a deep hydration boost. It’s important for me that the formula still sinks into the skin and it can take some time to find your perfect match! My favourite in this category is the Angel’s delight body butter from Bomb Cosmetics!

bomb cosmetics
100% vegan and handmade! Smells like watermelon mixed with cucumber and a little bit goes a long way. Plus the packaging is cute!

Irish and UK shoppers can buy it directly from Bomb cosmetics website and retails from 9€

HAIR OIL – Pre schampoo treatment

I use hair oil after i washed my hair like most people do but once a week i also use it BEFORE i hop in the shower!

matrix pre schampoo
My fine brittle hair usually needs an extra boost here and there. So the Oil Wonders Volume Rose Pre Shampoo Treatment from Matrix is my perfect match!

You will find the full review of this miracle product right HERE and will take you to the post on my blog!

And overnight mask is a great way to give your skin what it needs while you’re sleeping. While we sleep our skin is repairing itself and is more receptive to topical treatments. Once a week i use an overnight mask to help with hydration. There are many different ones out there so find out what your skin needs and give it a go and stick to it for a couple of weeks! I found this great article of what happens to our skin while we’re sleeping, have a look at it HERE if you find that interesting.

lancome overnight mask
My true and tested i always go back to is the LancômeHydrazen Night Masque! It smells like roses but not overpowering and the gel like formula turns into a serum on the skin! A little bit goes such a long way and it’s worth every penny! I always wake up with super plump and soft skin after i’ve used this and i do believe it has helped remove some of my dry patches i used to have on my face from time to time!

Irish shoppers can buy it HERE from Arnotts and retails from 59€ (usually sold wherever they are authorised resellers of Lancôme)
